1. Subject of the Offer
AquaProtect (hereinafter "the Service") offers the user (hereinafter "the Customer") access to software products under the terms described in this Public Offer. Acceptance of this offer is deemed to occur at the moment of registration or payment.
2. Products and Pricing
The Service provides the following products at the time of this offer. Prices are listed in Russian rubles (₽) and are subject to change:
- Additions — Free of charge, limited functionality
- Lifetime License — ₽900, full functionality, perpetual access
- HWID Reset — ₽300, one-time hardware rebinding
Current pricing is always available on the main page of the website.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is made before access to the purchased product is granted. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. The Service reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
4. Delivery of Services
Access to purchased products is granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Access is provided via the customer's registered account and is tied to the hardware identifier (HWID) on record.
4a. Персональная лицензия
4a.1. Приобретаемая лицензия является персональной и непередаваемой: доступ привязывается к аккаунту и HWID Покупателя.
4a.2. Передача доступа, публикация или перепродажа материалов ведёт к блокировке аккаунта и HWID без возврата средств.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for digital goods once access has been granted. Exceptions may apply in cases of service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours, at the sole discretion of the Service administration.
6. Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate account information during registration
- Not share account credentials or transfer the license
- Comply with all terms outlined in the License Agreement
- Not use the software for illegal or harmful purposes
7. Liability
The Service is not responsible for damages arising from misuse of the software, violation of third-party terms of service, or circumstances beyond the Service's reasonable control.
8. Amendments
The Service reserves the right to modify the terms of this Public Offer at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
This offer is governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, through the appropriate legal channels.
